Background: Worked in the financial services sector for over 25 years in the City of London including a 5 year stint in Hongkong. Does her best to keep all the boys in line.

Office Manager

Background: Previously worked as a Contract Manager for the Ministry of Defence and has a Professional Certificate in Management as part of an MBA Course. She joined Heatshine Ltd in April 2008 and tries her hardest to keep Martyn and the rest of the team in some sort of order.

Engineer

Background: Joined as an apprentice in November 1993. In 1996 awarded "Plumber of the Year" by the Mechanical Engineering Services board and a Certificate of Merit. Admitted by invitation into the Worshipful Company of Plumbers. Has completed numerous manufacturers' and accredited courses in all traditional heating systems and renewable technologies.

Engineer

Background: Joined as an apprentice in August 2002. Fully qualified engineer since 2006. Has completed numerous manufacturers' and accredited courses in all traditional heating systems and renewable technologies.

Fitter

Background: Joined as an apprentice in September 2006 and completed Level 2 Plumbing NVQ in 2009 now studying one day per week for his Level 3 heating qualification.

Fitter

Background: Joined in September 2007. Completed Level 2 Plumbing in NVQ and now studying for his Level 3 heating qualification.

Apprentice

Background: Joined in 2011 and is studying for his NVQ Level 2 plumbing certificate.
